Scheduled - On May 16, 2024, 20:00-21:00 UTC, we will conduct a scheduled maintenance event that will impact our services. This is a required upgrade from Amazon Web Services (our cloud hosting service) that will improve performance and reliability.

During this hour-long window, the services outlined here (https://kb.samsara.com/hc/en-us/articles/25016384374029-Upcoming-Samsara-Scheduled-Maintenance-NA-and-EU) will be impacted for approximately 2-5 mins.

We will update our status page at the beginning of the maintenance window and will continue to provide hourly updates until maintenance has been completed. Scheduled - On Friday, 10th May, 2024, Samsara customers will undergo routine maintenance for approximately 3 minutes between 3am to 4am UTC ( May 9th 8pm to 9pm PT). During this period, you will not be able to make writes to the following tasks:

– Safety push notifications will not send during maintenance
– Camera Configuration changes may fail
– Images and videos related to harsh events may be delayed. This will backfill when maintenance completes

We will update here once the maintenance has been completed.
