This issue was related to a service disruption of an underlying Amazon Web Services service which has now been restored by AWS (AWS status page here). This issue has now been fully resolved for all Samsara users.

We have traced the root cause of this service disruption to an underlying outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS status page here). We are both working directly with AWS to expediently resolve the underlying issue, and in parallel working to mitigate the impact of this outage on our own internal Samsara systems. All data continues to be recorded, and we do not expect any data loss as a result of this incident.
