Resolved

From 15:00 PT on 4/6/2024 to 07:00 PT on 4/12/2024 we experienced an issue that caused a delay in location presentation on Samsara Cloud impacting some of our customers. The issue has now been resolved for all users. No data was lost as a result of this incident.
