Increased API failure rate (error code 500)

From 1:04pm to 1:26pm PST on 12/17 we experienced an issue that resulted in an increased rate of 500 errors for the /fleet/locations API endpoint for some customers. The issue has now been resolved. We deeply apologize for any impact this incident had on your operations. Our engineering team is doing everything they can to learn from this event and use these learnings to further improve the reliability of our systems.
