Location based reports and API endpoints failing to load for some customers

From approximately 12pm PST to 5pm PST on November 25, 2019 we experienced an issue that caused some location based reports and API endpoints to fail to load.  The issue has now been resolved for all users. 

We deeply apologize for any impact this incident had on your operations. Our engineering team is doing everything they can to learn from this event and use these learnings to further improve the reliability of our systems.
