Our R&D team identified that one of our network protection systems incorrectly classified some legitimate traffic as potentially harmful, which led to unintended impacts on API traffic for some U.S.-based organizations.

Our engineering team has scaled up our API services and made service configuration changes to help mitigate this issue. We've seen a decrease in 4xx error count but are continuing to investigate ongoing errors that are being reported.

Our engineering team is investigating a reduction in API request success rates affecting some U.S.-based organizations, which may impact API traffic. As a result, users may encounter 4xx errors in certain API requests. This issue may also affect API integrations and portions of Webstore functionality.
